Hudswell Community Charity appointed Evolve Architectural Services Ltd to fully design and project manage the construction of Three new build houses to be rented out to local residents who meet the Hudswell Community Charity`s criteria.

The remit was to provide Social housing which fitted into its setting in the Yorkshire Dales as well as a highly insulated family homes with heating provided by renewable sources which would make the properties economical to run.
